Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our team at Spreadsheet Broccoli. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and infrastructure that power our CSV and Excel processing platform.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
- Develop and maintain data warehouse solutions
- Optimize data systems for performance and reliability
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate data across 500+ platform integrations
- Implement data quality checks and monitoring
- Work with CSV, Excel, and various data formats at scale
- Support data migration and reconciliation processes

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with ETL tools and frameworks
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and solutions
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiarity with data processing frameworks (Apache Spark, Airflow, etc.)
- Experience working with CSV, Excel, and structured data formats
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:
- Experience with e-commerce or accounting data integrations
- Knowledge of data validation and reconciliation techniques
- Experience with API development and integration
