Job Description:
The candidate is expected to be a senior member with expertise in master data architecture, design and data quality.
Must have good Client engagement and co-ordination skills.
Should possess good knowledge of leading master data and data quality tools with in-depth knowledge of SAP MDG is a must.
15+ years of master data experience in architecting and designing MDM/MDG solutions.

Please provide the TOP skills, and the years of experience that you’ll consider:
Carry out architecture , design & implementation of master data domains like BP, Finance & Materials.
Integration best practices with upstream and downstream like PLM, Ariba, Sales Force & SAP S4 ERP Understand the different dimensions of data including people, process, technology and quality.
Define master data strategy and roadmap with initiatives to address the capability gaps.
Knowledgeable in SAP industry best business practices and will provide understanding of Master data methodology, principles, concepts and techniques.
Work with the solution architect in designing future application architecture, source and consumers integration, external data/vendor access, security, performance and scalability strategies to support the various business capabilities.
Develop recommendations including integration strategy, synchronization mechanisms, external data capabilities, technology alternatives.
Conduct workshops and prepare design and functional specifications.
Master data domain knowledge should include Material, Customer, Vendor and Finance.
Lead the solutions team and engage with the client in providing thought leadership & best practices.
Expert knowledge of SAP MDG and other SAP solution extensions on SAP BTP.
Integration knowledge with ERP and other applications internal/external.
Data Standardization and Quality.
Preferably have industry background.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
At least 8 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes Assist fellow Colleagues when problems arise.
Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation.
Motivated self-starter with exceptional team building, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with onsite-offshore models and has led a team of offshore and onsite developer.
Team player with the aptitude to work in time sensitive environments.
