We’re hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers to run North or Southeast Regional lanes or Over the Road in a modern automatic semi-truck. If you’re a safe, reliable driver looking for consistent work and percentage-based pay that grows over time, we want to hear from you.

Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,500.00 per week

Job description:

We are seeking a professional CDL Class A Driver to operate tractor-trailers on an Over-the-Road (OTR) or Northeast Regional route. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, experience with various trailer types, and a commitment to safety and timely deliveries. This role offers the opportunity to work with a reputable company dedicated to maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Duties

Safely operate tractor-trailers, including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and freight carriers.
Load and unload cargo efficiently and securely, ensuring proper handling of freight.
Follow designated routes for scheduled deliveries and pickups across regional or OTR routes.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and vehicle maintenance reports.
Adhere to all federal, state, and company safety policies during operations.
Utilize equipment such as forklifts when necessary for loading/unloading cargo.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes or delivery issues.


Qualifications

Minimum 20 months of verifiable driving experience
Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record.
Must be able to pass drug screening.
Experience operating manual transmission trucks preferred.
Proven experience with truck driving, including freight delivery, route driving, hook and off hooking dry van.
Knowledge of load securing techniques and safety protocols for transporting freight.
Ability to operate additional equipment like forklifts if required.
Prior experience in delivery driver roles is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of DOT regulations and compliance standards.


Pay

24%–26% of weekly gross (after dispatch and standard fees)
1% pay increase every 6 months (cap at 30%)
Paid weekly
