Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Workday Platform Engineers / Financial Consultants who are passionate about building resilient, scalable, and efficient solutions within the Workday Finance ecosystem. The ideal candidate will contribute to advancing Finance Technology capabilities by delivering innovative, automated, and well-architected solutions across core financial modules.

This role requires strong collaboration with business stakeholders and product teams to drive technical excellence, improve financial processes, and support ongoing system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with Product Owners to understand business requirements, application capabilities, and testing scenarios
• Translate business priorities into scalable Workday Finance solutions
• Design, configure, and deliver solutions across Workday Finance modules including:
o General Ledger
o Fixed Assets
o Expenses
o Global Consolidation
o Invoices
o Payments
o Suppliers
• Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, business partners, and cross-functional teams
• Identify opportunities to redesign and optimize financial business processes
• Stay current with Workday platform updates, releases, and new capabilities
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for implementations and enhancements
• Serve as a subject matter expert for both technical and functional Workday inquiries
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, conduct testing, and ensure timely resolution

Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• 4+ years of Workday platform engineering experience
• 2+ years of experience designing and developing Workday integration solutions
• 2+ years of experience working with Workday APIs (REST or SOAP)

Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in Workday integration design and development
• 3+ years of experience working with Workday REST/SOAP APIs
• Workday Integration Developer Certification
• 1+ year of experience developing solutions using Workday Extend
• 1+ year of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar)
• 2+ years of experience working in Agile environments
