Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Workflow Optimization Expert to analyze, design, and improve business processes using workflow automation platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in workflow configurations, routing logic, integrations, and process optimization. Knowledge of AI-based workflow creation is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing business processes and identify automation and optimization opportunities

Design, configure, and implement workflows using no-code or low-code automation platforms

Develop complex routing logic including conditional approvals, parallel flows, escalations, SLA settings, and exception handling

Manage system configurations, user roles, permissions, and access controls

Implement and manage integrations with third-party systems such as CRM, ERP, HRMS, accounting tools, and collaboration platforms

Troubleshoot workflow issues and continuously improve performance and efficiency

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automated solutions

Ensure workflows align with compliance, security, and audit requirements

Explore and implement AI-driven workflow creation features where applicable

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong experience in workflow automation and business process optimization

Hands-on experience with platforms such as Kissflow, Cflow, Pipefy, or similar workflow automation tools

Solid understanding of routing logic, dynamic forms, approval matrices, and process configurations

Experience in API integrations, webhooks, and data mapping between systems

Ability to analyze complex processes and simplify them through automation

Good understanding of BPM concepts and digital transformation initiatives

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with AI workflow creation or intelligent process automation

Knowledge of automation best practices across departments like HR, Finance, Operations, and IT

Experience working in multi-department or enterprise environments
