Work hours (ex. 9am-5pm day/night shifts rotating shifts etc)? 8-5 CST

Please provide a summary of the project/initiative that this candidate will be working on? Confidential capital project within Government Programs Chart Collection and Abstraction Space.

Please describe the team the candidate will be working with - how many members? 6 team members (all contractors) working with 2 Optum Technology teams

What is the break-down of the team s skill sets (ex: 1 PM 4 Developers etc.)? 1 PM, 1 Manager/PO, 4 Analysts

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)?

Create a project plan for Business Teams complete with milestones. Track task completion and new task additions in plan, Report progress to sr. leaders weekly, Track issues, track accountable parties to resolve issues, track risks and dependencies (and mitigate) - ensure program stays on track across business and technology teams

What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background specific industry experience etc.)? Prior experience with UHC M&R, Experience in highly matrixed org, Experience in applying Extreme Ownership principles to daily work, Ability to motivate individuals without direct reporting relationship, ability to see problems quickly and identify solutions to make progress

What skills/attributes are required (please be detailed as to number of years of experience for each skill)?

• 10 years project/program management experience in highly visible technology programs

• 10 years Experienced in managing IRAADs, Project plans, milestone plans, weekly status

• 5 years Experience in an agile environment

• 3 years Experience in HEDIS Quality

• Strong communicator

• Highly organized and able to work completely independently
