About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Consultant with strong expertise in HashiCorp Vault, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices. This role involves managing secure infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring robust secret management in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy, manage, and maintain HashiCorp Vault in production environments
Configure authentication methods, secret engines, and access controls
Manage Vault clusters including backup, recovery, and performance tuning
Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes environments
Collaborate with teams to ensure secure and scalable infrastructure solutions
Troubleshoot and optimize system performance and security

Required Skills:

4–6 years of experience in IT
Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault
Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or private cloud environments
Knowledge of Linux system administration and security best practices
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with HashiCorp tools such as Consul or Nomad
Proficiency in Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools
Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
Familiarity with Git and GitHub Actions
Understanding of networking concepts and secure configurations
Experience in compliance-driven environments (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA)
HashiCorp Vault certifications
