Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via live chat, addressing questions about products, services, billing, technical issues, and more, with an average response time under 2 minutes.
- Provide accurate, empathetic, and solution-oriented support to ensure high customer satisfaction (aiming for CSAT scores of 95%+).
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams (e.g., technical support or sales) while keeping customers informed throughout the process.
- Maintain detailed chat logs, update customer records in our CRM system (e.g., Zendesk or similar), and track resolutions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, suggest process enhancements, and contribute to knowledge base articles.
- Handle high-volume chats during peak hours, multitasking across multiple conversations while upholding our brand voice—professional, approachable, and enthusiastic.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on company products, policies, and best practices.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in chat or live messaging environments.
- Excellent written communication skills in English, with strong grammar, spelling, and the ability to convey complex information simply and engagingly.
- Proficiency with chat platforms (e.g., Intercom, LiveChat, or Zendesk Chat) and basic CRM tools; typing speed of 60+ WPM is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure during busy periods.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings/weekends as needed to support our 24/7 global customer base (20-40 hours/week).
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in communications, business, or a related field preferred.
- Bonus: Multilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, French) or experience in e-commerce/tech support.
