Key Skills Required:

Strong experience with Oracle Argus Safety Suite
Expertise in PL/SQL and Oracle Databases
Experience with .NET technologies
Knowledge of E2B reporting and pharmacovigilance processes
Understanding of server configurations and Argus 8.x environment

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and map them to Argus Safety functionalities
Work with business users to define system specifications and solutions
Support deployments, configurations, and infrastructure setup
Provide functional and technical support to development and testing teams
Handle maintenance, enhancements, and change requests (CRs)
Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams for project execution
Ensure compliance with Life Sciences and regulatory standards

Role Expectations:

Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
Deep understanding of clinical development and pharmacovigilance domain
Experience in global delivery models and implementation methodologies
