Workflow Solutions Specialist

We are looking for a Workflow Automation Consultant with expertise to analyze, design, and implement automated business processes that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance overall productivity. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify workflow gaps and deploy automation solutions using modern workflow automation software. Experience with AI-driven workflow creation and familiarity with platforms like Cflow, Kissflow, Pipefy, and other workflow tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation
Design and implement workflow automation solutions tailored to business needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define process improvements
Configure and optimize workflow automation software platforms
Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows and SOPs
Implement routing logic, conditional approvals, and escalation rules in automated workflows
Integrate workflow platforms with third-party applications using APIs and other integration methods
Monitor performance of automated workflows and recommend improvements
Provide training and support to end users on new automated processes
Troubleshoot workflow issues and provide timely resolutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
Proven experience in workflow automation, business process management, or similar roles
Strong understanding of process mapping, routing logic, and optimization techniques
Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Cflow, Kissflow, Pipefy, or similar tools
Experience with integrations, API connections, and system configuration
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to translate business requirements into technical workflow solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI-driven workflow creation
Knowledge of no-code automation platforms
Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies
Certification in BPM or process automation (a plus)
