Hiring: Senior / Lead Data Warehouse & ETL Developer (IBM DataStage & Oracle)

Work Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Data Warehouse & ETL Developer to support a healthcare domain project. This role requires strong expertise in IBM DataStage and Oracle, along with hands-on experience in enterprise data warehousing and production support environments.

Key Skills Required:

8–10+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and ETL development
Strong hands-on experience with IBM DataStage (8.x / 11.x preferred)
Advanced knowledge of Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c), SQL, and PL/SQL
Solid understanding of EDW concepts (ODS, Data Marts)
Experience with ETL concepts such as CDC, incremental loads, and Slowly Changing Dimensions
Performance tuning for ETL jobs and Oracle queries
Unix/Linux shell scripting and job scheduling tools (Tidal or equivalent)

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize DataStage job performance
Handle production support, job reruns, and data reconciliations
Perform root cause analysis for ETL and data-related issues
Implement robust error handling, logging, and restartability in ETL processes
Work independently to resolve complex data challenges
Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure smooth data operations

Additional Details:

Contract duration: 6 months (extendable based on performance)
