Hiring: Senior Node.js Backend Developer

Work Location: Irving, TX (Onsite from Day 1)
Duration: 12 Months Contract

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Node.js Developer to join a dynamic team working on scalable backend systems and microservices architecture. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, cloud technologies, and messaging systems, along with the ability to take on leadership responsibilities.

Key Skills Required:

Strong experience in Node.js, AWS, and MongoDB
Experience with Kafka or other messaging queues (RabbitMQ, etc.)
Expertise in REST APIs and Microservices architecture
Proven ability to handle lead responsibilities and mentor team members

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js
Build and manage RESTful APIs for integration with frontend and third-party services
Work with MongoDB to ensure data performance and integrity
Implement scalable and high-performance backend solutions
Develop unit tests and ensure code quality through best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues
Maintain clear documentation for APIs and backend systems

Technical Requirements:

8–12 years of overall development experience with at least 5+ years in Node.js
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and backend development
Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, SQS, SNS
Familiarity with microservices and brownfield implementations

Onsite role from day one in Irving, TX
