Scrum Master+MES

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of MES Smart factory solutions using agile methodology.
• Manage the integration of MES systems with other systems.
• Configure workflows, manage change management processes, and customize the system to meet specific business needs.
• Oversee technical aspects, understanding of manufacturing processes, system like MES, SCADA, PLC, Factory Automation.
• Support the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to testing, validation, and go-live activities.
• Proactively recommend enhancements, mitigate risks, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
• Assist Product Owners with grooming, story definition, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Teach Scrum, Agile, Self-management, Guide developers and QA Teams.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as Scrum Master in a Manufacturing Environment.
• Experience with MES Software like: Siemens OpsCenter, Rockwell, SAP ME, SAP DM.
• Understanding of agile methodology specifically for teams implementing or maintaining MES Software.
• Familiarity with IT solutions (Agile) in Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with system integration and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and system like MES, SCADA, PLC, Factory Automation.

Technical Skills & Experience

• Experience with agile project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of system architecture, interface specifications, and design artifacts.
• Experience with configuration and customization of MES systems.
• Familiarity with system integration and technical documentation.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and system like MES, SCADA, PLC, Factory Automation.
• Experience with project management tools like MS Project, Primavera, or Smartsheet.
• Knowledge of technical leadership and team management.

Preferred Qualifications

• EIS: MES Functional Consulting experience.
• Familiarity with digital transformation and smart factory operations.
• Experience with IT solutions (Agile) in Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with system integration and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and system like MES, SCADA, PLC, Factory Automation.
