We are seeking a driven leader known for strong execution, quick thinking, and a roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic. You will earn your team’s respect by demonstrating integrity, accountability, and a commitment to safety and service excellence.

What This Role Looks Like (Typical Day)

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 25–30 drivers to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time operations
Serve as a Player-Coach — stepping in to drive routes daily and working alongside your team in the field
Monitor routes and ensure service levels and schedules are consistently met
Manage daily scheduling and operational planning with an understanding of KPIs, P&L, budgeting, and staffing needs
Build strong relationships with Airline Crews, delivering “Raving Fan” service that exceeds expectations
Champion safety culture and enforce company safety standards at all times
Communicate operational issues quickly with Dispatch and Headquarters for resolution
Conduct and oversee Pre-Trip and Post-Trip vehicle inspections
Recruit, train, and develop a dependable, professional driver team

The Ideal Candidate

Inspirational, hands-on leader who leads by example
Comfortable working in the field — not just behind a desk
Strong technology skills including mobile apps and basic computer systems
Proven success building, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Minimum 2+ years of management experience (airport, airline, or transportation preferred)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in transportation or related industries
Strong background in safety leadership and promoting safety culture
Training and coaching experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and insurable by company standards
Willing to obtain airport/city permits if required
Flexible schedule required including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
