Hiring: Epic Inpatient Clinical Trainer – Rancho Cordova, CA | W2 Contract

Seeking an experienced Epic Clinical Trainer to support inpatient nursing staff ahead of a major go-live (Aug 10). This role focuses on classroom training, workflow education, and go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver instructor-led Epic training for inpatient nursing staff
• Train on workflows: navigators, flowsheets, MAR, Rover, care plans, patient education
• Provide go-live and post-go-live support
• Track feedback, issues, and improve training effectiveness

Requirements:
• Strong experience with Epic inpatient workflows
• Clinical training experience (nursing/end-users)
• Knowledge of documentation workflows and reporting tools
• Ability to translate clinical processes into user-friendly training

Nice to Have:
• Epic certification
• Go-live support experience
• Clinical informatics or healthcare training background

Location: Rancho Cordova, CA
Contract: June 2026 – Aug 2026
