Human Resources (HR) Generalist / HR Manager

Job Description:
Clark Construction is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, with a focus on recruiting skilled tradespeople, ensuring safety compliance, and fostering a positive work culture on and off the job site.

You will work closely with project managers and site supervisors to handle employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with construction industry regulations (including OSHA standards and union agreements where applicable). The ideal candidate understands the fast-paced, project-based nature of construction and can balance office HR duties with field team needs.
