We’re currently looking for a Program Supervisor who wants more than just hours—you want experience, mentorship, and a team that actually supports you.

✨ What This Role Looks Like:

💻 Fully remote
⏰ 5–10 hours/week to start (with room to grow)
💲 $25–$28/hour
📈 Flexible schedule
🧠 What You’ll Be Doing:

Work on ABA reports + goal development
Support parent training + caregiver collaboration
Assist with case supervision and clinical problem-solving
Learn how to build programs that actually make an impact

✅ Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or currently in progress
Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA
Must reside in California
Must be able to pass a background check
