Job Summary

Pasadena Apartments is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Customer Service Representative to support our residents and prospective tenants. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, assisting with resident requests, and helping create a positive living experience for our community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet residents, guests, and prospective tenants in a professional manner
Answer phone calls, emails, and office inquiries promptly
Assist residents with maintenance requests, lease questions, and general concerns
Maintain accurate resident records and update information as needed
Coordinate communication between residents and property management staff
Schedule appointments, tours, and follow-up communications
Support leasing and administrative tasks when needed
Help maintain a welcoming and organized office environment

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service or office experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and administrative skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Bilingual skills are a plus
Schedule
Full-time / Part-time available
Weekend availability may be required
