Location: Richardson, TX (Remote with travel – 10 days/month)

Domain: Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Experience Required: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities:
· Implement and configure o9 Solutions aligned with business requirements.

· Customize planning configurations and workflows to improve operational efficiency.

· Design and optimize workflows, UI interfaces, action buttons, and procedures.

· Enhance solver performance for improved planning accuracy and faster processing.

· Develop reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine user stories and business requirements.

· Support Client Success teams in resolving complex production issues.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to o9 Solutions.

· Lead and mentor a team of o9 Configuration Consultants.

· Ensure quality, consistency, and best practices across implementations.

· Drive a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Qualifications:
· Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain solutions.

· At least 3 years of hands-on experience with o9 Solutions, including:

o Planning configurations

o Workflow modeling

o UI design

o Action buttons

o Procedures

o Solver performance tuning

o Report design

· Proven experience supporting production environments and resolving complex issues.

Required Skills:
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively

· Leadership and team management experience

· Proficiency with relevant SCM tools and technologies

Preferred Qualifications:
· Consulting experience

· Exposure to additional SCM platforms/tools

· o9 Certification or related certifications preferred
