Job Overview:
We are actively hiring a few Experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Agents to join our team! This is a Full-Time, Fully Remote Position. If you are looking for a Career Opportunity, not just another Dead-End Job, with a reputable company, during a huge Growth Phase.
Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in understanding Hospital Indemnity Plans and their benefits
• Manage the application and enrollment process from start to finish
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Must speak English
• (Bilingual is not required, but beneficial.)
Qualifications:
• Must Be a “Licensed 215 Insurance Agent.”
• Remote: “Fully Remote Position” must have a quiet workstation/office and own equipment
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Slack, and a Soft Phone
• Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach
Compensation & Details:
• EXTREMELY HIGH PAY SCALE
• Hourly + Commissions (10 Deals = $25/hr)
• Uncapped commission structure paid weekly
• Monthly Bonus: 10% of the previous month's “Total Premiums”
• Daily, Weekly, & Monthly – Cash Spiffs & Bonuses
• Top Reps are averaging $2500.00 weekly
• Monday – Friday (9AM - 6PM)
• All Inbound Calls – (NO COLD CALLING)
