Workflow Configuration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workflow Configuration Specialist to design, configure, and optimize workflow automation solutions for various business processes. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with workflow configurations, routing logic, integrations, approvals, and automation platforms.

The role requires someone who can understand business requirements and translate them into efficient automated workflows. Experience with AI workflow creation and intelligent automation tools will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and manage workflow automation processes across departments
Design routing logic, approval workflows, conditional rules, escalations, and notifications
Configure forms, dashboards, reports, permissions, and automation settings
Implement integrations with third-party systems such as CRM, ERP, HRMS, finance, and productivity tools
Troubleshoot workflow issues and optimize existing processes for improved efficiency
Collaborate with business users to gather automation requirements and deliver workflow solutions
Maintain workflow documentation, configurations, and best practices
Participate in workflow testing, deployment, and process improvement initiatives
Support digital transformation and process automation projects

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of workflow automation and business process management
Experience with routing logic, workflow configurations, SLA rules, and approval chains
Hands-on experience with integrations using APIs, webhooks, and automation connectors
Ability to configure forms, reports, notifications, dashboards, and user roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities

Preferred Platform Experience:
Candidates with experience in platforms such as the following will be preferred: Cflow, Kissflow, Pipefy, Zapier, Make, Zoho Creator

Nice to Have:
Experience with AI workflow creation and intelligent automation solutions
Knowledge of AI agents, document automation, or AI-driven process optimization
Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation platforms
Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, or scripting concepts

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field
4+ years of experience in workflow automation, BPM, or process configuration roles
Experience working with enterprise workflow and automation platforms preferred
