Role Overview

We are looking for a Web3 Full Stack Engineer to help build scalable decentralized applications and blockchain-integrated gaming systems.

You will work across frontend, backend, and blockchain layers to develop modern Web3 platforms, NFT systems, wallet integrations, and gaming infrastructure.

This role requires strong full stack engineering experience combined with practical knowledge of blockchain technologies and smart contract integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development
Build scalable web applications for Web3 gaming platforms
Develop responsive and high-performance frontend interfaces
Design and maintain backend APIs and server-side systems
Collaborate with designers and product teams to deliver intuitive UX
Web3 & Blockchain Integration
Integrate wallet systems (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.)
Implement smart contract interactions using Web3 libraries
Develop NFT systems, marketplaces, and digital asset features
Ensure secure blockchain transaction handling
Backend & Infrastructure
Build RESTful APIs and backend services
Design scalable database and system architectures
Implement authentication and security best practices
Work with cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines
Smart Contract Collaboration
Collaborate with blockchain engineers on contract integrations
Support testing, debugging, and deployment workflows
Optimize contract interaction layers and performance
Engineering Workflow
Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and sprint planning
Contribute to code reviews and architecture discussions
Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented codebases
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
3+ years experience as a Full Stack or Software Engineer
Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
Experience with React, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks
Backend experience with Node.js, Express, NestJS, or similar
Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Experience integrating APIs and third-party services
Web3 Experience
Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and decentralized applications
Experience with Web3 libraries (Ethers.js, Viem, Web3.js, Wagmi)
Familiarity with Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, or similar ecosystems
Experience integrating wallets and NFT features
Understanding of blockchain transaction flows and security basics
Collaboration
Experience with GitHub and collaborative development workflows
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in remote, distributed teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building NFT marketplaces or blockchain games
Solidity or smart contract experience
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
DevOps knowledge (Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes)
Experience with real-time systems or multiplayer game infrastructure
Interest in gaming, metaverse, or digital economies
