Compensation:
Full-time: $14,000 – $18,000/month (negotiable)
Contract / Part-time: $100 – $130/hour (negotiable)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to coordinate and deliver Web3 gaming and software development initiatives across distributed global teams.

You will work closely with engineers, designers, blockchain developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of product development cycles in an Agile environment.

This role requires strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage fast-moving Web3 development workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
Manage end-to-end delivery of Web3 and software development projects
Define project timelines, milestones, and sprint plans
Track progress, risks, and blockers across multiple teams
Ensure on-time delivery aligned with business priorities
Agile Execution
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Support sprint execution and task prioritization
Improve team productivity and workflow efficiency
Manage changing requirements in fast-paced environments
Development Coordination
Track development progress via GitHub (PRs, issues, commits)
Coordinate between engineering, product, and stakeholder teams
Work with technical leads to resolve blockers and delays
Ensure consistent development standards and workflows
Communication & Documentation
Maintain project documentation, roadmaps, and sprint reports
Provide clear status updates to leadership and partners
Improve internal processes and cross-team communication
Ensure alignment across distributed teams
Web3 Ecosystem Collaboration
Support blockchain gaming initiatives and partnerships
Coordinate with ecosystem and community teams
Stay updated on Web3 gaming trends, NFTs, and digital economies

Requirements
Required
Proven experience as a Project Manager in software, gaming, or tech
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies
Experience managing remote, cross-functional teams
Familiarity with GitHub workflows (PRs, issues, code reviews)
Experience with tools like Jira, Notion, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
Preferred
Familiarity with blockchain, NFTs, or Web3 ecosystems
Experience in gaming, metaverse, or digital economy projects
Technical background or experience working closely with engineers
Understanding of live-service or online product environments
