Key Responsibilities

Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close; prepare IFRS financial statements
Oversee AP processes, expense reimbursements, and cash management
Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and internal controls (SOX compliance)
Support audits, tax filings, and transfer pricing initiatives
Monitor compliance (sales/use tax, property tax, business licenses)
Supervise accounting staff and support budgeting/reporting activities

Qualifications
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on optical or transceiver products, is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting (CPA/master’s preferred)
5+ years of relevant accounting experience
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and expense tools (e.g., Concur)
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
