Accrued Markets LLC provides B2B marketing solutions for real estate professionals. We are looking for remote Lead Setters / Appointment Setters to help us connect with real estate agents, brokers, and related professionals and book qualified conversations for our sales team.

This is a contract, commission-only role. There is no guaranteed hourly wage or salary. You should be confident on the phone, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with outbound outreach.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify B2B real estate marketing prospects.
- Call, email, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Build rapport quickly and professionally.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Keep accurate notes on calls, follow-ups, and appointment status.
