Position Title: Technical Course Developer 3
Location: Peachtree corners, GA
Role Type: 5 Months of contract

Qualifications:
The Learning Content Designer is responsible for developing engaging learning materials that meet
defined learning objectives, use appropriate training modalities and methods, and follow established
processes and adult learning principles.
Essential Job Duties
Upon onboarding and completing required qualifications, the Learning Content Designer will:
• Analyze role-specific learner needs and tasks to craft measurable learning objectives
• Collaborate within the team and with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop new or update
existing learning content
• Collaborate with multimedia teams to create or modify media assets incorporated in learning
materials
• Proactively manage the content development process including milestones, risks, review cycles,
feedback implementation, and quality assurance
• Manage and monitor deliverables throughout the implementation, translation, and launch
process, providing regular status updates to project teams
• Evaluate learning content using qualitative and quantitative methods to drive design/development
improvements and workflow efficiencies
