Warehouse Picker

Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
Locate products using pick lists, scanners, or warehouse management systems
Label and prepare items for shipping
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
Maintain inventory accuracy and report damaged or missing items
Keep the warehouse clean and organized
Follow workplace safety guidelines and company procedures
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to lift heavy items (often up to 50 lbs)
Basic math and reading skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Teamwork and communication skills
Experience with RF scanners or warehouse systems is a plus
Working Conditions
Standing and walking for long periods
Repetitive lifting, bending, and reaching
May work in cold storage or non-climate-controlled environments
Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or overtime may be required
