Timing - 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM EST - 11:00 PM EST

Responsibilities:

This position is working in a functional unit that includes two correctional facilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies in accordance with physician orders and established nursing standards.
• Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, identify changes, and communicate updates promptly to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, discharge instructions, and preventive healthcare practices.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
